We are proud to partner with Empathy to offer personalized loss support to beneficiaries. Empathy provides a range of services to help families navigate the complexities of loss, including:
 
  • Processing grief: Access supportive resources to help cope with difficult days and challenging emotions.
  • Navigating probate and taxes: Guidance through all the needed governmental and legal paperwork.
  • Planning the funeral: Help with finding a funeral home and coordinating logistics.
  • Locating professionals: Recommendations for trusted local specialists and consultants.

  • Will Preparation: Step-by-step guidance and support for preparing your will.
  • Funeral Planning: Detailed instructions and on-demand assistance available to help plan your funeral, burial or cremation ahead of time.

Most of us will face change, stress or a life-altering problem at some point in our lives. Your company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program can help you find compassionate resources to cope with the emotional, financial and legal issues you or your loved ones may be experiencing.
 
This service includes unlimited phone contact with professionals, as well as up to three face-to-face sessions.* Additionally, health care support services are available if you become disabled or are diagnosed with a critical illness.

Travel Assistance With Identity Theft Support Services

Travel Assistance is available when traveling more than 100 miles from home and for 90 days or less. Services include but are not limited to:
 
  • Medical assistance, including worldwide medical referrals, medical monitoring, prescription transfer, replacement of medical devices and corrective lenses.
  • Emergency transports, medical repatriations, and evacuations and repatriations of mortal remains.
  • Pre-trip information, lost luggage or document assistance and legal referrals.
Identity Theft Support Services provide help 24/7/365, including education on how to prevent theft and advice on what to do if a theft occurs.3 Caseworkers will help review your credit information. If a theft has occurred, they’ll notify major credit bureaus, help complete an identity theft affidavit, help replace credit or debit cards and more.
