Simplifying the Experience

Automated Plan Setup

By integrating our Plan Design Application Programming Interface (API) for Workforce Now, we can automatically configure your clients’ plan details, rates and eligibility rules, resulting in a smoother, more efficient implementation process.3 Manual setup work is reduced, and data accuracy is improved, lowering the likelihood of administrative and claims errors.
 
 

Easier Evidence of Insurability (EOI)

We make the EOI process easier for employees with Single Sign-On (SSO). Most employees will receive an immediate decision, which is automatically returned to the platform via API. This is available for ADP Workforce Now® and ADP Vantage HCM.®3
People connected through the ADP platform

Real-Time Data Exchange

With our Member Data Exchange API integration, enrollment data is shared seamlessly with The Hartford to improve the claims process, manage leave eligibility and improve billing. This feature will be available later in 2025.
 
EDI enrollment and eligibility file feed is available now. A single file supports all of The Hartford's products.3

Simplified Claim Access

SSO Claim Access allows secure and easy access to our claims system, making it convenient for employees to use their disability and leave benefits, and for employers to easily review the status of employee claims.1
