Automated Plan Setup

With our Plan Design API (Application Programming Interface) integration for Workforce Now, your clients’ plan details, rates and eligibility rules are automatically configured by The Hartford, resulting in a smoother, more efficient implementation process.4 Manual setup work is reduced and data accuracy is improved, lowering the likelihood of administrative and claims errors.
 
 

Integrated EOI Experience

We make the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) process easier for employees with no manual steps, a Single Sign-On (SSO) connection and a real-time decision API, resulting in a 86% completion rate.2 These features are available for ADP Workforce Now® and ADP Vantage HCM®.3
People connected through the ADP platform

Accurate Member Data

With our Eligibility API integration, enrollment data is shared seamlessly with The Hartford to enhance the claims process, manage leave eligibility and improve billing.
 
Eligibility file feed is also available. A single file supports our Life, Disability and Supplemental Health products.3
 

Single Click Claims Portal

Claim Access SSO allows secure and easy access to our claims system, making it convenient for employees to use their disability and leave benefits and for employers to easily review the status of employee claims.1
